• Directions for use

Ensure floor surface has been cleaned prior to application.  

• Initial Maintenance

For new installation; use Neutral Cleaner diluted 1-4 ounces per gallon (adjusted to soiling condition) with standard rotary machine or automatic scrubbing machine.

• Daily Routine Maintenance

Standard dry mopping and wet mopping procedures.

• Periodic Maintenance

Moderate Soiling Conditions

Medium scrub and recoat procedure. Machine scrub with Neutral Cleaner diluted 1/2-2 ounces per gallon in conjunction with blue pad. Rinse floor thoroughly and apply finish to desired gloss level.

Heavy Soiling Conditions

Heavy scrub and recoat procedure. Machine scrub with Advantage All-Purpose Cleaner diluted 1-2 ounces per gallon in conjunction with appropriate pad or brush. Rinse floor thoroughly and apply Plastiflex Floor Finish to desired gloss level.

• Salvage/Restoration Maintenance

Strip and refinish service procedure.

Thoroughly dust the floor surface with dust mop to remove all dirt, dust and debris.

Use putty knife and razor scraper to remove gum, labels, tags or other items.

Mix stripping chemical and hot water in accordance with manufacturers recommended dilution ratios (adjust mixture proportionate to stripping required).

Apply liberal amount of stripping solution to manageable floor area.

Allow solution to dwell for 10 or more minutes. Strip the area and remove contaminated solution. Detail the edges, corners and baseboards.

Rinse floor with neutralizer/conditioner or fresh water. Be sure finish is removed and the floor is completely dry. Apply multiple coats of Plastiflex Floor Finish to achieve desired gloss level.
