  • Neutral Cleaner is a highly effective super concentrated cleaner made of the highest quality ingredients.  

  • Neutral Cleaner is formulated for use by floor maintenance professionals requiring quality results on all floor-covering categories.  

  • Neutral Cleaner is multi-functional; although it is pH neutral it is still strong enough to take on more aggressive soils.  

  • Neutral Cleaner is safe to use on all surfaces, it will remove soil without damaging floor finish or the gloss when used on a daily/routine maintenance schedule.

1:128 1 Ounce per Gallon
1:64 2 Ounces per Gallon
1:32 4 Ounces per Gallon
1:16 8 Ounces per Gallon
1:8 16 Ounces per Gallon
1:4 32 Ounces per Gallon
1:2 64 Ounces per Gallon

 

  • Directions for use

Before use, ensure floor surface has been swept, dust mopped or vacuumed to remove dry soil. Neutral Cleaner can be applied with mop bucket and wringer or used in automatic scrubbing machine.  

  • Initial Maintenance

After installation of new floor covering, machine scrub the floor using Neutral Cleaner diluted 1 - 2 ounces per gallon before applications of floor seal and/or finish.

 

  • Daily/Routine Maintenance

Mix Neutral Cleaner 1 – 2 ounces per gallon and mop floor to remove superficial soil. Use in automatic scrubbing machine in conjunction with white or red pad when light scrubbing.

 

  • Periodic Maintenance

Mix Neutral Cleaner 3 – 4 ounces per gallon for machine scrubbing. Apply solution with mop bucket and mop or with automatic scrubbing machine. Agitate the solution with blue or green pad and remove solution with wet vacuum or automatic scrubbing machine.

 

  • Salvage/Restoration Maintenance

Neutral Cleaner is not an effective chemical for salvage/restorative maintenance. Use Advantage All-Purpose Cleaner for cleaning surfaces without finish. Use Nytro Degreaser for difficult petroleum or cooking grease removal. Use High Voltage Stripper for floor seal and/or finish removal.

 

  • Safety Parameters

CAUTION: Prevent accidents before they happen, before performing any wet service procedure set a safety parameter using wet floor cones, signs, placards, and/or caution tape. Notify personnel in facility that services are being performed.
