Fusion Floor Seal/Finish
  • Fusion Floor Seal/Finish is a blend of extremely hard acrylic polymers, thermoplastics, resins and plasticizers designed to provide exceptional durability and extraordinary high gloss.

  • Fusion Floor Seal/Finish is made of 100% clear acrylic polymers and resins that achieve levels of clarity generally not associated with conventional floor finishes.

  • Fusion Floor Seal/Finish builds gloss quickly and responds to burnishing by 1000 to 3000 rpm machines. The reflectivity of the coating is among the highest, producing sharp mirror like gloss that is easily repaired. Coating will not naturally yellow from lighting or sunlight and will remain clear with proper maintenance. Product is suitable for most floor coverings that require floor coatings.

  • Directions for use

Ensure floor surface has been cleaned prior to application.

  • Initial Maintenance (New Installation)

Machine scrub the floor with Neutral Cleaner diluted 1-4 ounces per gallon (adjust dilution ratio to soiling condition) with standard rotary floor machine or automatic scrubbing machine and blue or green pad. Rinse thoroughly and apply Fusion Floor Seal/Finish.

  • Periodic Maintenance

Machine scrub floor with standard rotary floor machine or automatic scrubbing machine using Neutral Cleaner or Advantage All-Purpose Cleaner diluted to manufacturers suggested dilution ratio and applicable abrasive pad. Rinse thoroughly and apply Fusion Floor Seal/Finish.

  • Salvage/Restoration Maintenance

Use High Voltage Stripper diluted to manufacturers recommended dilution ratio (adjust ratio if necessary) in conjunction with standard rotary machine, automatic scrubbing machine*, or propane stripping machine with appropriate stripping pads and/or brushes. Rinse, detail edges, corners and baseboards. Apply multiple coats of Fusion Floor Seal/Finish to desired gloss level. *WARNING: Do not put stripper solution in solution tank.

  • Application

Using a clean mop or suitable applicator apply several light to moderate even consistent coats of Fusion Floor Seal/Finish (number of coats will be determined by the porosity of the flooring material and the desired gloss level). Burnishing after application is optional. Optimum gloss may be achieved by applying one coat of TA2 Penetrating Hardener over Fusion Floor Seal/Finish and burnish to high gloss. Using TA2 penetrating Hardener in conjunction with Fusion Floor Seal/Finish as part of the maintenance system may extend the time between costly stripping and refinishing.
