  • Directions for use

Ensure floor surface has been cleaned prior to application.

  • Initial Maintenance (New Installation)

Machine scrub the floor with Neutral Cleaner diluted 1-4 ounces per gallon (adjust dilution ratio to soiling condition) with standard rotary floor machine or automatic scrubbing machine and blue or green pad. Rinse thoroughly and apply Dry Brite Floor Finish.

  • Periodic Maintenance

Machine scrub floor with standard rotary floor machine or automatic scrubbing machine using Neutral Cleaner or Advantage All-Purpose Cleaner diluted to manufacturers suggested dilution ratio and applicable abrasive pad. Rinse thoroughly and apply Dry Brite Floor Finish.

  • Salvage/Restoration Maintenance

Use High Voltage Stripper diluted to manufacturers recommended dilution ratio (adjust ratio if necessary) in conjunction with standard rotary machine, automatic scrubbing machine*, or propane stripping machine with appropriate stripping pads and/or brushes. Rinse, detail edges, corners and baseboards. Apply multiple coats of Dry Brite Floor Finish to achieve desired gloss level. *WARNING: Do not put stripper solution in solution tank.

  • Application

Using a clean mop or suitable applicator apply several light to moderate even consistent coats of Dry Brite Floor Finish (number of coats will be determined by the porosity of the flooring material and the desired gloss level). Burnishing after application is not necessary, optimum gloss may be achieved by applying multiple coats of Dry Brite Floor Finish to the desired gloss level. Because of Dry Brite Floor Finish’s durability, it reduces the frequency for performing the strip and refinish service procedure.
